Booking and cancellation terms
Bookings for Centrum Villa Romantika are made exclusively through our email/online booking system.
Guests or customers are responsible for the details given in the booking. To prevent misuse of the system, we reserve the right to cancel a booking if we cannot contact the guest by the phone number or email given in the booking, or the contact details are incorrect and we are thus unable to confirm the booking’s authenticity. In case of cancellation for this reason, no claim may be made for provision of accommodation.
By submitting the booking, a guest acknowledges awareness and acceptance of the booking and cancellation terms.
The sending of a quotation does not in itself constitute a booking.
We reserve the right to change prices.
Since the Villa’s booking system does not allow us to set a validity period for the quotations we send, a quotation may lose its validity within a very short period (even less than one minute).
After we have received acceptance of the quotation, we send you a confirmation of the validity of the booking, from which time the booking takes effect.
The booking becomes valid only after the confirmation.
In every case, 50% of the price of the Villa.
After receiving the advance deposit invoice (email only), please pay the amount by wire transfer to the bank account of Tiszta Kertek Kft. (the operator of the accommodation), number
or pay in person by prior arrangement, against a cash receipt, which will be issued at the point of payment.
Cancellation of a booking will only be accepted in writing (by email or via the online booking interface.
We cannot refund the advance payment less than seven days prior to arrival.
Before the seventh day prior to arrival, cancellation is free of charge and the advance will be refunded.
Means of payment:
SZÉP card (OTP)
Wire transfer: wire transfer at the hotel or in advance, against an advance invoice issued by the accommodation provider.
